We provide legal support services in various sectors to many Greek companies depending on their needs. Indicatively:

• Establishment and dissolution of companies, winding-up proceedings, establishment of branches, advisory guidance on selecting the best company form according to the needs of the enterprise.
• Support and guidance on customs and tax issues that may arise. Indicatively, we have successfully undertaken to cancel, on behalf of our principal, a multinational company, the largest charge ever made in Greece by a Customs office for the import of vehicles. At the same time, we undertake for our principals to carry out tax audits before Tax Offices or the Audit Authority for Large Enterprises, and their legal representation before the administrative courts.
• Collection of formal debts and bad debts. We are exhausting all legal instruments, except for the issue of payment orders, such as the removal of legal persons autonomy (for example, we have achieved our clients compensation by shareholders for debts of public companies -> reverse legal autonomy revocation), tort by members of BoD, liability of shareholders from transactions accounts that have collected money from companies that owe money to our principals, bankruptcy of companies, issue of European payment orders or European account freezing orders). We usually undertake on a contingency fee agreement the recovery of debts, that is, depend our payment on the recovery of the debts.
• Claim of demands by distributors, Franchisee, Franchisor and contracting parties in general. Indicatively, we have reached a very large settlement between the OTESHOP shops (Frenchisees) whose contracts were terminated by OTE in 2012, for customer compensation, loss of earnings and other debts owed to them by OTE.
• Registration of European and national trade marks, disputes relating to trade marks. For example we have defended, inter alia, logos retaining the –bnb, against Airbnb.
• Business consulting support to negotiate debts with Banks and creditors in general, drawing up a plan for the protection of the operation of companies in the event of failure to meet part of their debts
• Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings, minutes drafting, presence in the proceedings and in general handling of all formal and regular issues a Greek public company addresses.
• Judicial appointment of an Administration, judicial review of the company and protection against unlawful acts of the Administration in general.
