Dimitra is an associate at the firm since 2008. She specializes in banking and finance law and capital markets and has effectively handled class-actions against the Greek State, Greek and foreign financial institutions and various groups of companies. Her tax practice includes representing the firm’s clients during tax audits before the tax authorities and the administrative courts, and advising them regarding beneficial tax structures, direct and indirect taxes and their compliance obligations. Also, she finds herself increasingly interested in the various recent technological developments (namely the blockchain technology) and she studies the various ways through which they could transform the practice of law in the country.
