Eirini cooperates with our firm since 2011. Due to her specialization in Business Administration, she is able to understand the modern business practices of companies and complex forms of financial transactions. She has effectively dealt with claims for compensation, representing investors who have suffered significant damages due to illegal investment banking services. In addition, she often advises our clients on corporate law issues arising from the relationships between the management and the shareholders, or from unfair administration. At the same time, she has extensive experience in criminal law cases with an emphasis on tax criminal law and economic crimes, especially in white collar crimes, which have acquired a new dimension due to the global financial and banking crisis.
