We represent national and foreign natural and legal persons who wish to invest in the real estate market in Greece. Our customers’ countries of origin are Greece, America, Israel, England, Germany and we continue our collaboration after the real estate purchase to address any problems that may arise.

Furthermore, we have undertaken the management of various properties across Greece (leasing or sales management, money collection, etc.) on behalf of hundreds of our principals, as well as the maturity of investment projects on real estate so that institutional operators can invest in them. In this context, we are carrying out the whole process of real estate exploitation (legalizations, long-term leases to estimable tenants to increase their investment value, etc.), which has gradually led to our cooperation with all public real estate investment companies (R.E.I.T.).

Finally, we have developed a special application for the properties being auctioned, so that we can better monitor the whole market, filter among the available properties, and be the first to have access to information on which properties are being auctioned and under which characteristics and conditions. We also undertake on behalf of our principals to participate in the relevant auctions.

Our experience in this field of trading allows us to ensure in a comprehensive and secure manner that the actions required until the completion of a transaction/contract/property valuation are fully coordinated, while we also have an experienced notarial department operating within the company that handles all technical issues arising on behalf of our clients.
